The schedule and date-wise list of the 870 candidates who have successfully passed the field test for the position of Police Constable Driver at the Commissioner of Police, Pune City establishment have been meticulously prepared. These candidates have qualified in the ratio of 1:10 of the vacancies advertised, considering Social/Parallel Category/Reservation criteria for the driving skill test. The candidates listed are required to report to the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) at 5:30 am as per the schedule provided below on the specific date assigned to them. It is imperative that they attend the driving skill test at the Technological University located in Shivajinagar, Pune-41005 without any absence.
Upon arrival for the driving skill test, candidates must present a copy of the online admit card issued by Maha-IT for the physical test. Additionally, it is mandatory to bring the original driving license along with an Aadhaar card or any other government-issued identity card, and 4 passport size photographs.
Failure to produce these documents will result in denial of admission to the driving skill test. The driving skill test comprises two types: a) Light vehicle driving test, which carries 25 marks, and b) Jeep type driving test, worth 2 marks, making a total of 50 marks. Candidates must achieve a minimum of 40% marks to pass the test successfully. Those who meet this criterion will qualify for the subsequent written test.
It is essential for candidates to note that the driving skill test serves as a qualifying examination only. The marks obtained in this test will not be factored into the final marks considered for the merit list preparation.
