Important Instructions for Filing the  Annual Confidential Reporting (ACR)

1. The Reporting Authority should use the prescribed terminology for each item mentioned in the form. This ensures consistency and clarity in the assessment process.

2. Adverse remarks, if any, should be recorded in the designated column at Sr.No.10. It is important not to write anything along with the box-block meant for grading only.

3. When recording remarks on ‘integrity’ in the column at Sr. No. 9, it is essential to carefully follow the instructions provided in the consolidated instructions regarding Confidential Reports, along with the instructions No. 61/20/85-S(1), dated 12-12-85.
